By creating an account or using Munchify in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

To use Munchify, you must create an account using a valid email address or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Munchify offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. All subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use Munchify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Munchify allows you to share meals, dishes, and recipes with other users. By posting community content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App.
You are solely responsible for content you post. You must not post content that:

Munchify uses GPT-4o (OpenAI) to analyze food photos and generate recipes. AI-generated nutritional estimates are approximations, not precise measurements. Actual calorie and macro content may vary based on portion size, preparation method, ingredient brands, and other factors.
You should not rely solely on Munchify's nutritional estimates for medical, clinical, or therapeutic purposes. If you have a diagnosed health condition, eating disorder, or are under a medically supervised diet, consult your healthcare provider before using the App.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and features within Munchify — including the Munchify name and logo — are owned by Alvi Kwak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all personal content you create within the App, including your meal logs, recipes, and community posts.
Munchify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated nutritional information or recipe content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alvi Kwak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Munchify — including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Munchify shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Munchify and delete your account at any time from the Profile tab within the App. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, without liability or prior notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of Munchify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may delete your account at any time.
